Terms of Sale
This English version is a courtesy translation. Only the French version is legally binding.
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Sales suspended. Since October 27, 2026, no subscription or access has been sold on flotrade.fr, and the free trial is no longer offered. FloEdge will be offered on the TradingView Marketplace, which will collect payment securely, under its own terms. These terms remain applicable to orders placed on flotrade.fr before that date.
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms of Sale”) govern any order placed by a consumer (the “Customer”) on the website flotrade.fr (the “Site”), published by Florent PIETTE, sole proprietor (EI), under the name FloTrade (the “Seller”). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale, which prevail over any other document.
2. Seller
Florent PIETTE, sole proprietor (EI) — trade name: FloTradeEntreprise (FloTrade website)
Address: 14 ter rue Delacroix, 59178 Hasnon, France
SIREN: 132 061 227 — SIRET: 132 061 227 00014 — registered in the French National Business Register (RNE)
Email: support@flotrade.fr — Phone: +33 7 80 58 26 70
Sales are made through Link, a Stripe service acting as the official seller (“merchant of record”): Link collects the price, issues the receipt or invoice, calculates, collects and remits the applicable VAT, and handles payment-related support (support.link.com). The Customer’s bank statement shows “LINK.COM* FLOTRADE”. FloTrade remains responsible for the Product, the activation of access and product support.
3. Products
Until October 27, 2026, the Site offered access to five “invite-only” scripts running exclusively on the third-party TradingView platform:
- FloEdge Indicator: a technical analysis indicator that automatically draws support and resistance zones from significant swing highs and lows in price, shows the number of bounces for each zone, and can display zones from a higher timeframe and send alerts;
- FloEdge S/R: a strategy that displays entry and exit signals as well as Take Profit and Stop Loss levels, and can be tested in TradingView’s Strategy Tester;
- FloEdge FVG/iFVG: a strategy that identifies Fair Value Gaps (FVGs) and their inversions, displays entry and exit signals as well as Take Profit and Stop Loss levels, and can be tested in TradingView’s Strategy Tester;
- FloEdge VWAP: a strategy that identifies price bounces off the session VWAP in the direction of the day’s trend, displays entry and exit signals as well as Take Profit and Stop Loss levels, and can be tested in TradingView’s Strategy Tester;
- FloEdge Scalp: a 1-minute scalping strategy that identifies RSI extremes and price pullbacks to band levels drawn around the session VWAP, in the direction of the day’s trend, displays entry and exit signals as well as Take Profit and Stop Loss levels, and can be tested in TradingView’s Strategy Tester.
The four strategies were also offered together, as the “Pack 4 stratégies” (4-strategy pack).
The strategies are tuned and tested on the XAUUSD chart from broker IC Markets, available in TradingView, and must be used on that chart: on another broker’s data, prices differ slightly and results may differ from those published on the Site.
Using the Products requires a TradingView account (a free account is sufficient). The Products are analysis aids: they in no way constitute investment advice, do not place any orders on a trading account and do not guarantee any results. Detailed features are set out on each Product’s page.
4. Prices
Since October 27, 2026, no sales have been made on the Site. Upon launch on the TradingView Marketplace, the price will be displayed and collected by TradingView, together with applicable taxes, under its own terms.
5. Orders and payment
Until October 27, 2026, orders were placed from the Product pages via secure Stripe payment links. At checkout, the Customer entered their email address and their TradingView username, which is essential for activating access. Payment was due immediately, by payment card or any other method offered by Stripe. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe and never passes through the Site. An order confirmation was sent by email to the address provided; the receipt (and the invoice, where applicable) is issued by Link, and the Customer can find their orders on link.com.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the TradingView username provided. In the event of an error, it is up to the Customer to contact support at support@flotrade.fr. No access can be activated for a username that does not exist.
6. Access activation (delivery)
Access is activated by the Seller, who manually adds the Customer’s TradingView username to the list of authorized users of the relevant script within 24 hours of receipt of payment, barring exceptional circumstances. The Customer is informed of this by a TradingView notification and will find the Product in TradingView under “Indicators → Invite-only scripts”. No physical delivery takes place.
7. Term, renewal and cancellation
- Monthly or annual subscription: the subscription is entered into for the chosen period and is tacitly renewed for an identical period, with the amount charged automatically on each billing date. The Customer may cancel at any time, at no cost and without giving reasons, from the Stripe customer portal (login by email), from their Link account (link.com) or by writing to support@flotrade.fr. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, the amount of which is retained by the Seller (subject to the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 8); access is then removed.
- Lifetime access: for a one-time payment, the Customer receives access to the Product, with no time limit and no renewal, for as long as the Product is maintained by the Seller on the TradingView platform, as well as access to its updates.
- If a payment due on a billing date fails and is not subsequently settled, or if these Terms of Sale are breached (in particular through account sharing or an attempt to copy the script), the Seller may suspend or remove access.
8. Right of withdrawal
The Customer, as a consumer, has a period of 14 days from the date on which they receive access to the Product ordered (activation of access on their TradingView account) to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason for their decision, in accordance with the “Sold through Link” terms and Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
To exercise this right, the Customer may either contact Link support (support.link.com), stating “withdrawal period” as the reason for the refund request, or write to support@flotrade.fr, for example using the form below.
The Customer is then refunded in full for all sums paid for the order, by the same means of payment, within 14 days of their request. Access to the Product is removed from their TradingView account and, in the case of a subscription, the subscription is canceled.
Withdrawal form (complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract)

9. Legal guarantees and support
The Seller is bound by the legal guarantees of conformity applicable to digital content and services (Articles L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). If the Product malfunctions, the Customer should contact support at support@flotrade.fr. A response is provided within 24 business hours. The Seller makes its best efforts to keep the Product compatible with changes to TradingView.
10. Risk warning
Trading on financial markets involves a high risk of capital loss. The Products are technical decision-support tools; they do not constitute investment advice, a personalized recommendation or a guarantee of performance. The backtest results and examples presented on the Site are provided for illustration only: past performance is not indicative of future performance. The Customer remains solely responsible for their investment decisions.
11. Intellectual property and license
The Products, their Pine Script source code, their visuals and the FloEdge trademark are the exclusive property of the Seller. Placing an order grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable user license, limited to the TradingView account provided when ordering. The following are prohibited: sharing access, reselling, copying, decompiling or reproducing the Products, even in part.
12. Liability
The Products depend on the operation of the TradingView platform, which is run by a third party. The Seller cannot be held liable for any unavailability, changes or interruptions attributable to TradingView, nor for any financial losses resulting from the use of the Products. These provisions do not deprive the Customer, as a consumer, of the rights granted to them by law.
13. Personal data
The data collected (email address, TradingView username) is necessary to fulfill the order. Its processing is described in the privacy policy, accessible from the Site’s footer. The Customer has the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, which can be exercised by writing to support@flotrade.fr, and may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
14. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if a dispute is not resolved with support, the Customer may have recourse, free of charge, to the consumer mediator responsible for the Seller. The Customer must first have sent a written complaint to the Seller (support@flotrade.fr) and must refer the matter to the mediator within one year of that complaint.
